How long will it take to get my product?

Maximum three business days for orders in Bogotá, and 3 to 5 business days for orders to the rest of the country. Time subject to availability of the product and conditions of the transport company. An email will be sent confirming the approximate delivery date.
International shipments subject to availability.

Offline Payment or MercadoPago
In OFFLINE PAYMENT (Available only for Bogotá), you have two options:
Payment on delivery. You pay in cash at the time your products are delivered to you. Available only for Bogotá.
Payment by transfer or bank consignment. Davivienda Current Account No. 000860006998. Paola Catalina Rivera Sanchez. Available only for Bogotá.
In MERCADOPAGO (for Bogotá and the rest of the country) : brings together the best means of payment so that you have many alternatives at hand to pay for your purchases.

Can I return a purchased product?

Pelufos is a virtual store, that is why it is impossible to measure your slippers, if you are not 100% satisfied when you receive your order, because it does not fit as expected, you have the right to return it, contact us at our email pelufosonline@ gmail.com, within five (5) days after receiving the order, telling us the reason for the return and we will refund the money minus the shipping costs.
NOTE: Merchandise must be in good condition and with its original tags attached.
