The products purchased through the Site will be subject to the dispatch and delivery conditions chosen by the User and available on the Site. The information on the place of shipment is the sole responsibility of the User.
Orders will be dispatched from the general warehouse of PELUFOS fifteen (15) calendar days after the end of the sale, however PELUFOS may indicate an estimated delivery time at the time of placing the order without this meaning that it undertakes to carry it out in said term.
The delivery period indicated in the previous paragraph will not be taken into account when there are causes beyond the control of PELUFOS that could delay delivery, such as any fortuitous event or force majeure.
If the user or client is absent when the order is to be delivered, it will be recorded in the delivery system indicating the time of the visit. On the same day or within 48 hours of the first attempt, the courier will return to the address to deliver the order. In the event that the user or client is not found again, the package sent will be returned to PELUFOS, and the user or client must contact our offices to coordinate a new delivery, the cost of which will be the sole responsibility of the user or client.
The client can communicate the name and address of a third party authorized to receive the product, in case he does not do so, it is understood that any person who is at the address where the delivery must be made, is duly authorized by the customer to receive their order, and therefore PELUFOS is exempt from any responsibility for the delivery that will be made, provided that it is made at the address registered on our site.
